MOSCOW, Jul 7 (PRIME) -- The issues of international energy cooperation should not be solved politically, but needs to be regulated by the market, Russian presidential press secretary Dmitry Peskov said on Friday.
“All these issues must be solved by the market. They are not to be treated in political terms,” he said as a comment to U.S. President Donald Trump’s claim that he wants to ruin Russia’s energy monopoly in Europe.
Besides, there is no energy monopoly in Europe, but there are various market players, Peskov added.
